Here are a few reminders as you finish a busy summer and head into the new season:
- August 25: Clubs deadline to opt in or out for bulk or club-controlled renewal registration.
- September 1: Teams can start registering for the 2024-25 season.
- Requirement reminders
- Non-athlete registration is an annual requirement (unless you have a lifetime membership)
- APT is an annual requirement
- Background Check (please allow two to five business days for background checks, depending on the state).
- LSC position-specific certifications (ST/AO/SR/CJ/DR) are not reflected in your “in good standing” dates. These are maintained separately. To view them, log into your USA Swimming account, then navigate to Officials – My Official History
- USA Swimming University: All courses now have a completion certificate download button, and you can check your status directly in each course.
