How do I submit my N2/N3 application?

USA Swimming N2/N3 advancement and recertification application is performed through OTS. You must meet the current requirements (see the National Certification page) and have passed an appropriate evaluation at an OQM meet. Your evaluator must enter the evaluation into OTS prior to your application submission.

  1. Log into OTS
  2. Navigate to Officials -> National Certification Application
  3. Click the “APPLY FOR NATIONAL CERTIFICATION” button
  4. Select the proper option(s) and click the “SELECT” button
  5. Confirm you meet requirements for your application
  6. Click “APPLY”
