How do I view past evaluations?

Officials can now pull your own past evaluations. This should be done prior to submitting an application for advancement or recertification to ensure everything is in proper order. Here’s how to view your past evaluations:

  1. Log into OTS
  2. Navigate to “Officials” -> “My Official History” (Figure 1)
  3. click the “Evaluations” button (Figure 2)
  4. Change “Show All Evaluations?” to Yes (Figure 3)
  5. Click on the evaluation you’d like to see more detail on (Figure 4)
  6. Enjoy (Figure 5)
